GITEL (Integrated Telephone Management)
Manages everything concerning the national and international billing for the subscribers of the Costa Rican telephone system.
Fractional Collection (COFRA)
Permits the realization of registration, processing, and control of payment arrangements taking the clients’ pending payments as input.
Development of System Administrator of Infrastructure Inventory (SAII)
Eprom developed a system whose purpose is to manage, in an integral form, all the information of infrastructure inventory dedicated to the services of the business clients.
Default Payment Record (REMO)
The Default Payment Record is the system which administers the defaulted clients with the objective of transferring this input.
Integrated Mechanized Operations System (SIMO)
The purpose of this system is to administer the national telephone network, control the telephone case files, and support in the management of the service orders generated by the subscribers.
Judicial Collections System
The Judicial Collections System is tasked with giving follow-up to the debts which enter the judicial process, once the administrative track has been exhausted.
Applied Technology
