Depending on the project which the client proposes, our service partially or totally involves the following activities:
Modeling of processes:
A model of the system which is to be built or improved is provided, according to one of the standards agreed upon with the client. This allows for an appropriate documentation to correctly specify the service to develop.
Development of applications:
For the programming of the applications we have personnel who follow the best practices to obtain the highest quality products.
Implementation:
Consulting, training, startup, loading information, placing the systems in operation. Consulting in the proper direction for information systems projects, conveniently estimating the time of the project, considering the critical nature of some tasks within the development plans, and formulating recommendations so that the personnel for the project is efficiently used. We also provide training service in the Development Systems. If necessary, we provide the service of startup, depuration and loading of information, previous analysis and establishment of methodologies.
Integration of applications:
Through integration products like IBM-MQ-Series, and more recently IBM WebSphere Message Broker, we have experience in the integration of heterogeneous systems. This activity seeks to increase the potential of the capacity of our clients’ actual systems, through the optimization and improvement of business processes (based on SOA and on Business Process Management). That is to say, in the way in which it gives the organization the flexibility to change as quickly as possible in order to innovate and provide efficiency to the business.
